Your free consultation - what to expect

We know you are busy. We also know that not every retailer is a good fit for automated dispensing and we respect your time enough to tell you that before you spend a dollar.

Our free consultation is a genuine assessment, not a sales call. Here is what happens:

  1. We spend 20–30 minutes understanding your store, your product mix, and your specific theft or operational problem.

  2. We assess whether any of your product lines are candidates for automated dispensing, based on product size, value, theft rate, and customer behaviour.

  3. We give you an honest opinion - including if the answer is 'not right now, but here is what to watch for.'

  4. If we do recommend a solution, we prepare a full options assessment: indicative equipment costs, expected ROI based on your theft estimates, and a phased implementation plan.

  5. We are transparent about our commercial arrangements: where we recommend specific equipment, we receive a supplier commission. You pay nothing for the consultation or the advice. This is disclosed upfront, always.
