With four decades of experience as a business owner across service retail, wholesaling, franchising, manufacturing and 20 years specialising in automated retail and dispensing technology, I have a reasonable understanding of bricks and mortar retail and valuable expertise in unattended retail. As someone who experienced a GP decline of 72% in one year, due to internal theft, I have a commanding understanding of theft prevention.

My Masters Degree in Applied Innovation and Entrepreneurship (University of Adelaide, 2015) underpins my approach: every recommendation I make is grounded in proper opportunity assessment, risk analysis, and a genuine understanding of your business model.
